Admission Procedure in Sainik and Military School

In Sainik and Military Schools admissions are considered in class VI and IX. So, we have divided Sainik and Military School entrance coaching into two parts.

Pre-Coaching : If you intend to admit your ward in Sainik and Military School and desirous for coaching from initial stage, pre-coaching is provided for the students of class II, III and IV to strengthen their foundation.

Target Coaching : In Sainik and Military Schools entrance test is conducted to admit the students in class VI and IX. For preparation the students should be in class V or VIII. For this cause a team of expert mentors is engaged to prepare the students for this entrance exam. Our team of expert and experienced mentors has designed and developed unique programmes to create a comfortable and stimulating learning atmosphere combining with the latest teaching techniques to produce results. That’s why we produce maximum selections in Sainik and Military School.

Required Certificates : 

* Date of Birth Certi icate issued by registrar.

* Service Certi icate of army personnel.

* Army Birth Certificate : Part : II

* Domicile, Marksheet and T.C. with counter sign.

Age Criteria For Session 2018-19: 

* 6th Class - 2 July 2008 to 1st July 2009

* 9th Class - 2 July 2005 to 1 July 2006

Academics-

The academic session of coaching classes starts from April to March. Each academic session has two breaks.

(a) 15 May to 15 june (Summer Vacation)

(b) October/November ( Only 7 days deepawali vacation)

Entrance Exam Schedule for Military and Sainik School -

The entrance exam for Military school is conducted in the mid of December and Sainik School Entrance exam is held in the irst week of January every year.

Timings of Coaching Classes :

Meeting and Telephonic Conversation hours between Students and Parents :

Parents can make a telephone conversation on Tuesday and Thursday from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. and on Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Parents are consented to meet the aspirants only on second and third Sunday of every month from 11 am to 5 pm.

Interview and Physical training :

After the completion of entrance exam, the academy prepares the aspirants for interview and physical test for this purpose classes are conducted by expert mentors and coaches.

RESER VATION POLICY

for sainik school :67% seats ar e reserved for boys of the State where the school is located. The balance 33% seats are open t o boys from all other States and UTs. Within this broad classiication, 25% seats are r eserved for sons of service personnel including ex-servicemen while 15% seats are reserved for SC and 7½% for ST candidates.

Reservation of Vacancies for military school :

(a) 70% for wards of JCOs/OR of Army , Navy and AF ( including Exservicemen).

(b) 30% for wards of Oficers of Army, Navy and AF (including retired Oficers) and wards of civilians.
